Ayesha Group of Companies is a well-known industrial group operating from Lahore, Pakistan. The Group began its textile operations in 1972 with the incorporation of Ayesha Spinning Mills. Since then, Ayesha Group has expanded to include four textile spinning mills with 110,000 spindles, a socks factory, an embroidery factory, and a fashion retail division with brands Cross Stitch and Kiji.

The installed spindle capacity places the group among Pakistan’s largest yarn spinning enterprises. Our socks unit, with over 2,000 Italian Lonati machines, is a fully export-based operation. The Group’s annual turnover for the financial year 2022-2023 has reached $150 million USD. Ayesha Group proudly employs over 10,000 people across its manufacturing and retail businesses.

Cross Stitch is among Pakistan’s top 10 fashion brands, with over 40 retail locations and one of the country’s largest e-commerce presences. Kiji is a premium basics fashion brand, redefining elevated casual wear with high-quality, understated luxury essentials.

In recent years, Ayesha Group has expanded its operations with Agility Textile, a state-of-the-art garment stitching unit specializing in knitwear production; Kiji, a premium basics fashion brand offering elevated essentials; and Clikk Tech, a technology initiative focused on driving innovation in information technology.
